At growcomic, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Time Frame: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Customized or Personalized Products: Any products that have been customized or personalized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email us at service@growcomic.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
4. Refund/Exchange Process:
   • If you are eligible for a return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
   • If you are exchanging the product, the new item will be shipped to you once we receive and process the returned product.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at service@growcomic.com. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. If the item is found to be ineligible for return (used, opened, or outside the return window), we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, and we will cover shipping for the exchanged item.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
